The
Process
"Hold the vision, trust the process"
Support that is led by you
Both process and pace are set by you as we travel fast or slow, coaching or personal assistance. I will set up the contract and container for you to grow.
1
Starting & Arriving
Starting out can take more than one session and it may include:
Self-discovery tools such as the Enneagram
Health assessments you wish to share
Snapshots of how life currently is such as with the Life Wheel

Clear contracting on the approach and technique

Introduction to useful frameworks such as the health model or DiClemente and Prochaska's stages of change model
2
Journeying
This is where we will spend the bulk of our time together doing the inner and outer work.

Seasonal packages of weekly sessions for 3 months are available to keep it affordable. Or you can book one-offs as and when you need them.

You can share as little or as much as you want. Sometimes we can also work in silence and I don't need to know the actual content of what is happening for you.
3
Closing & Ending
We will take some time to bring coaching and project support to an end so that you can build and trust the larger support network now around you.

Sometimes a break is needed, that's fine too. If you move city/country we can always work online together.

Essentially, we clearly speak up about what is happening in the process and honour and celebrate clear changes of contract and endings.
"I found the experience grounding...
to be outside and amongst the trees and realised there was permission in the coaching process itself for slowing down and overcoming inhibition. Both the insightful questions and nature itself guided me. All of this gave me a higher level of awareness and I observed how the process allowed me two full cycles of reflection.

Something shifted for me. I found what was unwanted inside of me and I was able to release it. The metaphors I encountered along the latter part of the walk inspired new thoughts and I went deeper, especially when running along the garden paths, releasing what was no longer serving me."
